Absolutely loved this salon, really friendly, warm and welcoming place, loved my manicure with Naz and the salon were able to fit me in with a couple of extra treatments I needed, a fantastic experience all round will definitely be back!

The staff we lovely and kind, and did everything to make me comfortable for both my treatments. However warm wax with used rather than the hot wax I requested for Hollywood and lip, as the therapist said my hair was “too tough”, despite having used hot wax a number of times at other salons. I came home following my treatment to discover skin had been broken/removed on both my top lip and nether regions. I now have raw exposed skin and scabs from where certain areas had been gone over more than once and/or too roughly with the warm strip wax. Very sad as the staff were brilliant, but very upsetting to have had this happen. I do not have the smooth hair free results I was hoping for, but rather cuts and sore exposed skin.
A good pedicure however.
