I haven't had many facials to compare the 30min Dermalogica express one too but I have to say it was lovely and 3 days later I can still feel and see a difference in my skin. Beverley was great and I will be returning for a 60min one next time. The massage was also really good and Beverley did great work relieving the tension in my shoulders. I recommend both the salon and the therapist
Just back from my first time at The Beauty Lounge . What lovely friendly staff, and my beautician, Christine, gave me an excellent wax - the least painful wax I think I've ever had. The salon has a lovely atmosphere and is very clean and relaxing. I've just read the review below and don't recognise this as the same place... I wonder if they've got it confused with somewhere else of a similar name. My experience today has been great. I've just moved to the area, so what a relief to find that my new local salon is great. Looking forward to a pedicure next week.
Very unhappy. The room was small, hot and dirty. There was no clean sheet/towel/or paper towel for me to lie on. I've been getting waxed for over 10 years and this was the most painful wax I have ever had. I still have marks on my skin form the wax 3 days later.

Lovely staff and great manicure/pedicure - second time of visiting after I was impressed by the length of time my nail polish lasted (12 days on my hands which is a first and only then had to remove as nails were growing out!). Will definitely be back.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my experience there. Will definitely go back!
