i had my waxing done. it was brilliant. the staff are so nice and caring. defo making this my regular salon.

This is not my usual salon but I went here after a friend brought me a gift voucher. I had a brazzillian wax which I have done regularly and it was the worst one I have had done the therapist didn't seem to know what she was doing and it was so painful! I also had gel nails done and was not happy at all. The therapist hadn't painted them very messy and there was a really big gap at the cuticles! When I mentioned this to the therapist she said this was normal and she couldn't do anything about it now. I have my nails done every two weeks and I know they should look like that. I usually get a full 2 weeks out of my gel nails but this time they only lasted 4 days before they were chipping! I will definitely not be returning, people had warned me about their waxing here but I wanted to use my voucher up!
I had a luxury manicure which I have to say was probably the best one I have had in a long time. They were very professional and had a huge selection of nail polish colours to choose from. A week on, my nails still look freshly painted! Fab!

I reguarly go for a wax here and unfortunately had a different member of staff on this occasion. It was the most painful wax I've ever had, I was covered in wax after so had to try and rub it off afterwards whilst extremely sore from the wax. I would still recommend but I will always ensure my appointments are with chanelle in future!!
