I’d never been to the Beauty Lounge before but will definitely be going again when I can. All the staff were super friendly, the atmosphere was really relaxed, we were all chatting together and it was exactly the festive treat to myself I was hoping for. I felt so looked after the whole time, and even though no one else will see them now my sparkly nails are still bringing me Christmas cheer!

Rebecca was very welcoming and professional. Unfortunately for the 2nd time visiting the salon, the wax for the bikini line and underarm was far too hot. My skin is still quite sore after 2 days. The wax was not warm enough for my leg wax either, so overall I have had 2 disappointing experiences.

I had a Gel manicure and Spa pedicure with Naz today and they were both amazing. My nails look the best they have in a long time. All of the staff were very professional but also very personable and thoroughly looked after myself and my husband who joined me for the pedicure as well. The salon was extremely clean and welcoming, we could also see the staff using antibacterial spray on all items. Would definitely be using again and recommend them.
