Pleasant enough but the masseuse didn’t seem super experienced. The head massage wasn’t great but sorted the knots out in my back. Nice place and people though!

Last time I came I had a great experience, but this time the treatment felt rushed and it wasn’t done to the same standard. The person who did my treatment last time doesn’t seem to work there any more which is a shame because she was amazing and was the reason I came back. I think the wax might have been too hot because I’m still hurting a few days later and this wasn’t how it felt last time

Immediately friendly and helpful. Naz was very skilled and I am very pleased with my gel nails. She was also easy to talk to and the whole atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. In fact I ended up having my eyebrows threaded which I hadn’t booked and am really pleased I did. I shall definitely go back.
