1st appt (jade) -only 50% of my lashes were filled, lashes applied were facing diff directions. Poor application and did half set not full set. Felt very rushed - only spent 1 hour or so on my lashes (i was the last appt of the day). 2nd appt (rhiannon) -somehow turned into volume lashes. Lash bases were way too thick esp on my thin lashes. No isolation of natural lashes. Eyes very irritated from strong glue fumes. Lots of my natural lashes were damaged. Had to remove after a week as too painful

I had Jade for my Swedish massage and microdermabrasion and was really really impressed. She made me feel really comfortable, was very thorough and I felt really relaxed afterwards. The staff were lovely and chatty - I will definitely be returning!
