appointment was cancelled by salon on the morning. was told to reach out to Treatwell myself to request refund. while struggling to finde out about refund and accident prest one star. then received confrontational phone call from owner Lisa as to why I left a one star and how it looks bad on them. was so excited about becoming a regular there and even getting my lips done by them but have completely change my minde just to ownes respons to my accident. Still waiting for £30 refund for their cancelled appointment and still waiting for a response from owner as to when I will be receiving it.
Clare was warm and attentive, she took her time with my manicure and pedicure, and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the service. This was my first time there and I will definitely be returning to Clare.
