overall experience was good, however after my first session of the ombre combo and waiting the 6 weeks for my eyebrows to heal i could not see much difference. I am not sure if there was not enough ink added the first time, but after my eyebrows had scabbed and healed they went back to looking exactly how they were before my first session. very natural as if nothing was ever on my eyebrows. just had my second touch up, loving them right now ! just hope it lasts

This was my second time coming to Penelope, in my first visit I got the makeover package and on my second visit I got more under eye filler. Penelope makes you feel super comfortable during your appointment and explains the procedures clearly before starting. The experience and results were 100% worth the money and I will definitely come back here in the future.
