Truly, truly exceptional women!! Careful consideration and care was put into every aspect of my mothers and my mums experience. I have been attending Harley street for years and I was very pleasantly surprised to find this little hidden gem on par with that excellence. Penelope was overall so lovely and bubbly ! She honestly made the experience and treatment soo much more comfortable. She was very knowledgeable of the treatment that she was giving me and was an amazing host. Would definitely recommend this lovely lady
