This was my first time having Botox/fillers. I was so anxious and had so many questions, Penelope was amazing from the start answering all my questions before I booked. On the day the experience was brilliant, Penelope explained everything throughly and was so reassuring. Since having my treatments the after care has been amazing, Penelope messaged me the day after to check in and see how I was and is still answering any questions I have. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for future treatments.

If you want someone to give you 5* brows, Penelope is the lady you need! You can never be to sure when having a procedure done to your face, however I will keep coming back..
