Penelope was so helpful all the way through, from deciding what type of lip fillers to get , to booking the appointment, to the aftercare. The actual appointment was so relaxing, Penelope really put me at ease. I’m scared of needles but she really helped me to stay relaxed and focus on the end product! Penelope is soo nice and she’s so talented, she clearly knows her stuff and she made me feel safe. I love my new lips and I would recommend the beauty Palour to anyone!

I had different services done - Microblading, non surgical rhinoplasty, lip filler, chin filler.
Penelope was super attentive and experienced i really trusted her opinion and advice.
She was available for follow up advice and made sure I was fully informed about everything I was getting done.
I have recieved many compliments and it has now been 3 days 80% of my swelling is gone and only some small bruises (lip and chin) are left to completley clear.
I highly reccomend her for all services.
