An excellent and highly experienced professional, I simply felt very comfortable and did not experience any pain, and after the waxing I did not have any ingrown hairs and they took a long time to grow back, as the waxing was done very well!

Lulia is the best…she makes you feel so comfortable and the treatment is as pain free as possible. Obviously, there’s the little sensitive areas but Lulia has a way of keeping the conversation flowing that you barely feel any discomfort. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatments, she also does late appointments which fit in nicely when you have work etc.
