Lulia was very polite and made sure I was comfortable throughout the waxing appointment. She gave me a full body wax, explained every wax to me, why it was used for that body part and made it absolutely painless. She created a very nice atmosphere, some really good conversations and I also liked her playlist haha. I would highly recommend the beauty pattern, I’ve had the best experience!
