My issue was with the waxing (despite the nice place and friendly staff). I went for a Brazilian and she left lots of hair after she had asked whether I wanted it all off and I said yes. I had to do more hair removal myself at home so it felt like a waste of money. I also got a blood bruise and pretty bad wax burn around my bikini area making it extremely sore and sensitive. Nice place but won't be returning until there is better training.
