The staff member who performed the lash lift seemed to have a significant attitude issue, coming across as rather frustrated and speaking to me condescendingly. The lash lift itself was extremely disappointing as it didn't hold up at all, making it a complete waste of money. I would have rated it zero stars if I could. It's no surprise that the entire salon appeared empty given the poor customer service skills and the deafeningly loud and unpleasant music. Do NOT waste your money!
