Awful! I made an appointment and a few hours before my appointment they let me know that they overbooked me as they are fully booked. 30min later I received a text message that I can go later that day, however when I was on my way there I called them before I arrived just in case. They then told me they made a mistake again Becasue they are still fully booked. They never refunded me the money and customer service was extremely unhelpful

One of the nicest salons I’ve ever been to. Tia is lovely and helps you to feel instantly welcome and relaxed. My manicure looks so lovely I’m very pleased 🤍
