Got a phone call from the salon 5 hours before my appointment to tell me they had double booked. Despite asking me could I come at a different time, they rejected the option of another time which I suggested. Had no official confirmation my appointment was cancelled. Was made to feel that as my treatment was shorter/cheaper my custom was not valued. Would never consider again.

Lovely venue and nice staff. Unfortunately the eyelash lift didn’t last that long, only 2 weeks for me...
