Really handy last minute waxing. Very thorough bikini, leg and underarm wax. The only thing she forgot was my hairy toes! Will visit again.

They changed my booking time to 5minutes earlier the night before.
I arrived the usual time and was made to wait 45 minutes!
I don't believe I will come back here.
The Staff were walking around handling two/three clients at one go. Not fully focused.
When I called to let them know I was on my way. No one picked up. And they didn't respond to messages aswell.
Worst customer service ever.
2 stars because the lifts were ok. But they need to improve the service
She only addressed me telling me how long she'll be at 11:52. my appointment was at 11:25
