I arrived the usual time and was made to wait 45 minutes!
I don't believe I will come back here.
The Staff were walking around handling two/three clients at one go. Not fully focused.
When I called to let them know I was on my way. No one picked up. And they didn't respond to messages aswell.
Worst customer service ever.
2 stars because the lifts were ok. But they need to improve the service
She only addressed me telling me how long she'll be at 11:52. my appointment was at 11:25
Lash Lift
Was asked to come to the appointment early, but due to another client being late, I had to wait over 20mins. My lashes look nice after LVL & tint, but not as curled as I would've liked.

The eyelash perm was great and my lashes are still curly after 4 weeks. The dye could have been darker however as I asked for blue black and they are a bit too fair. Well worth the money though and was a very relaxing experience.
