I felt as if Annette was slightly rude, when my eyelash was pulled and it was painful she didn't adjust what she was doing or apologise or check in. I got some remover in my eye which I felt was unprofessional and I have not had these painful issues previously. My eyelash tint also didn't really feel that impressive after a day, the colour isn't that dark and the lift is very minimal I'm afraid to say.

The threading was good but looking at it at home I feel like she might have taken a bit more off then I would have wanted. I’ll make sure to be more precise on my preference the next time.
