Little mix up with booking as the time offered here was not available. After a little chasing on my end I was able to get a new time for the following day.
On the day, I did arrive a litle late as i couldnt find salon.and i understand there is other appointments after me. But I would have thought i would have still got the full 45 mins treatment considering the chasing i had to do to find out whats happening - It took 24 hours for treatwell to respond. By which point i had to contact the salon myself to find out what was going on. I feel that should have being down to treatwell and salon.
Lovely room to have treatment in and massage was lovely. Just a shame it only lasted 30-35 mins

A very relaxing experience with beautiful views! Bonna was so friendly, professional, and welcoming. I had a chair massage which was fantastic and relieved a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders (my work means I'm at a desk all day). My Mum had a back, neck and shoulder massage and was really happy with the treatment, feeling very relaxed afterwards. I would really recommend a visit to Hearts Beauty - great value for money and a lovely therapist!
