Bonna was absolutely lovely. Her salon had a wonderful homely feel and I automatically felt comfortable and relaxed, the facial itself was wonderful.
Iv had facials before that where good and relaxing however when you leave u don't feel a huge difference in your skin...not the case here my skin felt soft and smooth and was noticeably clearer after just one treatment. Worth every penny and every star. I will be returning. Thank you bonna.

Little mix up with booking as the time offered here was not available. After a little chasing on my end I was able to get a new time for the following day.
On the day, I did arrive a litle late as i couldnt find salon.and i understand there is other appointments after me. But I would have thought i would have still got the full 45 mins treatment considering the chasing i had to do to find out whats happening - It took 24 hours for treatwell to respond. By which point i had to contact the salon myself to find out what was going on. I feel that should have being down to treatwell and salon.
Lovely room to have treatment in and massage was lovely. Just a shame it only lasted 30-35 mins
