Bonna is very friendly and caring. She makes sure that we are comfortable and relaxed. The massage was amazing and really allowed me to let go and relax. The facial was done very professionally and left my skin silky soft. The products used were all natural with lovely scents. Highly recommended!

Bona had a family emergency and was kind enough to reschedule my appointment to a time that she normally does not work. I did pick a cold day but she did everything to make me warm and comfortable. The massage itself was good and helped my frozen shoulder. Had a good chat with her during the session. Pity that she is moving out ot Welwyn.
