5 Stars to this lovely little salon and it's owner, the delightful Bonna. I went in on the off-chance of getting an immediate appointment and they managed to fit me in without any fuss or bother. Bonna couldn't have been more welcoming, It was quite a treat to feel all warm and cosy amongst the half timbers of this very old building and have a lovely long facial. I felt about 20 years younger when it had finished and almost floated out of the door. I've already booked again for next week. I would recommend Herts Beauty to any women (or man!) who just needs a little time to be utterly and truly spoiled. Terrific!

first of all the place was too cold second the bed was wrong because the little pillow should not keep the head in tension, the head should be in the same line with the spine not kept high that make muscle in tensione and the massage goes wrong because the muscle will not be relaxed, sorry but i dind't enjoy the massage very much

Bonna is very friendly and caring. She makes sure that we are comfortable and relaxed. The massage was amazing and really allowed me to let go and relax. The facial was done very professionally and left my skin silky soft. The products used were all natural with lovely scents. Highly recommended!
