I did pick a cold day but she did everything to make me warm and comfortable. The massage itself was good and helped my frozen shoulder. Had a good chat with her during the session. Pity that she is moving out ot Welwyn.

Bonna was welcoming, friendly and has amazing hands. Very relaxing and will be back next week for a deep cleanse facial.

A lovely little space tucked above a pretty shop. Excellent customer service and I was made to feel welcome while I waited as the previous customer was running late, my only complaint during the treatment was that the music was very busy and wasn't very relaxing and didn't quite create the right ambience for me. But that is probably just personal choice.
