I have visited this lovely little salon in an extremely pretty location on several occasions. Despite it only being a one-woman operation, each visit has been exceptional. That's because the "one woman" is exceptional. Bona is a first class beautician and probably the friendliest I have ever come across. Her deep tissue massage is wonderfully relaxing and for someone as stressed as me, she is a godsend. I have referred several girl friends to Hearts Beauty and they all report that Bona's make-up and beauty skills are first class. Give her a try. You won't regret it! (....and she didn't pay me a penny to write this. In fact she will probably be very embarrassed when she reads it!)
Amazing. Owner is lovely. Highly recommend.

After finding Hearts Beauty on treatwell website this Friday (01/07/2016), I called them up to book an appointment for my wife.
Spoke to who I believe it was Bonna on Friday afternoon to book an appointment which was available for Sunday (03.07.2016) at 5pm.
Bonna seemed very friendly and told me the booking was made and that she would text my wife directly, on Sunday morning to confirm the booked appointment (why confirming a booked appointment??).
Well, Sunday came but no text from Bonna.
At 4:30pm we were on our way to Hearts Beauty premises.
At 4:40pm Bonna finally text my wife confirming the appointment.
We arrived at 5:05pm, rang the bell, no answer, called her number, no answer, text her, no reply. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes outside, we decided to leave, what a wasted journey.
Bonna then decided to reply to our text 15 mins later - not even a call - to let us know that we didn't reply to her text confirming we're coming, so she booked someone else in. What a way to make a first impression to your new customers.
First, Bonna's text message didn't ask for a confirmation reply.
Secondly, no apologies, not even wanting to make it up to us in some way.
Hearts Beauty must be extremely popular to fill in the slot on a late Sunday afternoon with less than 20 minutes to the start of the appointment.
Thanks Bonna for such an amazing experience, be sure we will spread the word!
