Always have a deep tissue massage here - for me (male) it's quite important for it to be done firmly to really get the muscles looser. Always here recommend for everyone!

A thoroughly enjoyable experience which I can recommend. Also so lovely being able to get a treatment on a Sunday afternoon- a real treat after my Zumba class.

This was pretty much a perfect treatment. The only thing is that this is a one room spa and therefore there is not a really lovely ambience as you walk in. However as soon as you get into the spa room the ambience is really very good and the service and treatment is excellent.
