Kim is really lovely, but importantly was really patient and thorough, listening to all my questions and thoughts throughout the process. Being a perfectionist I was nervous about such a permanent solution for my eyebrows but Kim was so attentive and meticulous. I would absolutely recommend anyone thinking of permanent make up / eyebrow tattoo to go to Kim!
