I had a BIAB with a top layer of shellac for a bit of extra color and it was lovely. Kim is always very professional and friendly and works in an efficient way.

Kim is really lovely, but importantly was really patient and thorough, listening to all my questions and thoughts throughout the process. Being a perfectionist I was nervous about such a permanent solution for my eyebrows but Kim was so attentive and meticulous. I would absolutely recommend anyone thinking of permanent make up / eyebrow tattoo to go to Kim!
