The therapist was very nice and professional, friendly but not too chatty, which I appreciated. Wax was thorough and clean, not very painful, just what you can expect. 2 weeks have passed now and my bikini still looks very good, meaning no hairs were snapped, all were waxed. Overall, I'm very pleased.
