Great facial by Amy who took the time to customise the facial to my skin. Place could be improved by some better background music to cover the other noise of the salon but overall it was a great facial.

The venue was convenient, the staff pleasant and positive and they didn't push product too much. It was a pleasant facial and certainly felt better coming out than I did going in.

I have been to the Beauty Rooms before for facials, however this time, it wasn't as good an experience. The room was cold and I had to ask for an extra blanket. No extraction was offered and the steam was only on for a few minutes. The therapists touch was too light and I didn't really see much of a difference.
