My eyebrow shape & tint and eyelash tint all went superbly. I was welcomed into the air conditioned waiting room and then swiftly taken to my treatment room downstairs. I explained that it was my first time and the lady doing my tint and shape talked me through the process and let me show her images of how I'd like my eyebrows done. She did a brilliant job, constantly offering me the mirror to see whether I was happy or would like any further hair waxed off. The experience was pretty painless. The eyelash tinting was also extremely relaxing and I was left in the room listening to peaceful music in the dark for ten minutes while the tint set in. I will gladly come again and look forward to seeing how long my tints last!

the service was really good.. staff very friendly and chatty... the place is clean and tidy, and although very busy on that day/time.. the was finished on time.. i would suggest them without doubt..
I had a wax recently and was very pleased. Quick, painless and great value for money. Would definitely go back!
