I was very pleased with the results, the general ambiance and the staff were very friendly. However, I arrived at my appointment only to then reschedule for two days later as a patch test was required. It would have been nice if they had called me and asked me to come in before my appointment. Secondly, a very minor point. The staff knew if was my first time for any eyebrow or eyelash tinting. I would have appreciated a small running commentary as it was being done. Being left in the dark for I don't know how long was a little disorientating.
I had a manicure with gelish. The staff was really nice and friendly, the place as well. My manicure was done perfectly BUT gelish did last just 2 days. I could easily peel it off without any soaking etc... Very disappointed by the nail polish brand offered

Super Happy about this wax. Exactly as I wanted to be done. Pain free, staff nice and friendly. Would definitely reccomend it.
The best place for eye brow shaping in London, I visit the team once every 4 weeks. I highly recommend
