I have to say I was a bit dubious when I walked into this small, but very clean, space, to find no-one in sight. I waited about ten minutes before someone actually appeared, from downstairs (perhaps time to get a doorbell installed?). A few too many personal-ish questions asked in the name of small-talk, but I think the therapist was just a bit nervous. The treatment was fairly basic, but reasonable, and efficient. Removal of the dye was incomplete, so my brows are a bit darker than planned, but not too bad, and the shape is OK. Gets the job done, but wouldn't be my first choice for a return visit in future.
