Service on this visit was not great! I like medium colour on my eyebrows but had a dark brown applied by the therapist. Felt like a cotton bud was being dragged along my eyebrows and hardly any wax was being applied! 2 days post treatment I am still sensitive and slightly red . Shape was not good. I understand they were busy but this is no excuse for poor service. Such a shame as this was my go to salon for eyebrows but my last 2 visits have me now looking around for a new place.
