I had aromatherapy massage last week with Agne. There is no one word to describe how amazing I felt after the treatment. She was pleasant, accommodating, asked if I’m comfortable, brought me a glass of water when I needed. The massage reduced the tension I felt due to working in a sitting position and stress. I feel like a new person. Agne put lots of effort and she managed to fixed me. I will definitely be back soon!
It was my first time at The Beauty Room and the experience was very positive! The salon has a nice environment and the final result was very good. Strongly recommend!
Treatwell duration says 1hr 30 minutes so I was expecting a very indulgent experience. However, treatment actually only lasted 1 hr. When I queried this with the manager she said that it was because they factor in cleaning time after the treatment. No other salon does this. I’d specifically chosen this salon over others because I thought that the price reflected the extra time spent on a pampering spa experience. £50 for 1hr 30 vs £37/45 for 45 minutes at others. However it was just an average pedicure. Epsom salt in water (which was nice but nothing special), a half decent massage chair, the scraps of an almost finished exfoliating scrub and then the standard pedicure. Bit misleading, won’t be back. On top of that Treatwell had let me book for 10.30 but they only open at 11 so at 10.35 I got a call to ask if I was ok to wait til 11. I’d already left the house 8.5 months pregnant so opted to go ahead anyway. Wish I hadn’t bothered.
