I booked in for a last minute pedicure and brow wax on a Saturday morning. The staff were professional, attentive and managed to keep the atmosphere chill whilst accommodating for COVID best practices indoors. Will book in again.
I am so sorry to leave a bad review for Tatiana, because I think she’s a nice lady, but she did a really poor job. It took over 30 minutes just for a pair of half legs, and even that, I still have hair on, and I had to point out some patches of left over hair. I am not sure whether it was her first time or what, but she clearly was trying to do it well, she was just struggling quite badly.
It’s a shame because I liked the cosy salon, I thought the room was lovely and well made to help me relax.
Agne was great, the massage was very enjoyable and the whole experience was seamless. I will be back!
