Beauty room cancelled as they couldn’t make the time booked. Am now waiting for a response regarding a refund.
The massage was absolutely super, and the way the salon is set up means you are the only customer in at any one time, really nice. The only point to note, which can't really be helped, is that the walls of the building are pretty thin so you can at times hear what's going on outside which can pull you out of your relaxation, however this isn't something that would stop me from rebooking. Have never felt my knots pop like that! Thank you.
I had the absolute facial treatment and had a lovely experience. She directly asked me if I had any concerns about my skin. The treatment was very relaxing and helpful for my skin condition. I recommend.
It was a lovely experience but the process could have been explained a little better. Plus, booking the treatment was an issue as the date I booked wasnt available.
