I had a really lovely deep tissue massage, which helped get rid of some knots in my shoulders. They are currently moving venue, so will go back for another treatment once they settle into there new premises.

fantastic massage at the hands of Kristina. I've tried various masseuses when I've had sore muscles from a particularly long run (in this case, a 10km obstacle course), and Kristina provided the best massage I've had yet.

The location of Palm Therapies is quite unusual as it's in a room of an office suite with no signs or indications from the elevator lobby or reception. Once I was greeted by the therapist and escorted to the massage room though, the experience was fantastic. The therapist was very good at checking with me on my pressure tolerances and gave me a fantastic Swedish massage with some needed deep tissue therapy. Definitely recommend the therapist Porsche!

I have already booked the next session. I have had issues with lower back and neck in the past and the therapist focused on these areas as requested. I felt very relaxed after the session.
