We did not get our hot bc stone massage. We were offered another service, but was told two conflicting times and thus received a short service. We did get charged a smaller amount. The area was very small and was told to change in the toilet through the treatment room where my friend was on the treatment table. The door to the rolm was a slide door that did not fully close.
