Jacqui put me instantly at ease and offered a fantastic experience from start to finish. I have the social skills of a potato but was able to feel comfortable and chat easily whilst Jacqui treated my nails with the utmost care. I would highly recommend this establishment for individuals who are shy, nervous or simply not used to treating themselves.
