I think that was about as relaxed as I have been in four years. Hayley is brilliant; talks you through the treatment before starting, and letting you know before each step. Will most certainly return very soon.

Hayley is very skilled at electrolysis and I am delighted with the results. I was looking for a permanent hair removal solution after an unsatisfactory experience at another salon with laser hair removal, which made the hairs grow back stronger. Electrolysis requires a regular course of treatments in order to see results and Hayley gave a clear explanation of what to expect from the outset. She is professional and has a calm and friendly matter. I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering electrolysis.
