Really welcoming, friendly and attentive: both in the hairdressers and the Beauty Room itself.
The treatment was really thorough and relaxing and did leave my feet immediately soft.
Unfortunately, the result didn't last as long as I'd hoped, even with the After Care Cream. Maybe I need to have it done a few times to get rid of all of my hard skin, but I won't be able to afford it again for a while
