Honestly, my experience was not great. The location was complicated to locate, with no signs anywhere outside or inside the sports centre of The Beauty Room. Soraya was rushed because I was slightly late and this translated to her being rude and not finishing the treatment (not plucking leftovers). She condescendingly told me to breathe while the bikini waxing hurt (normal for me, I have sensitive skin) and was cold throughout. She only warmed up when asking me to pay.
