Lauren was very friendly and welcoming. I was very pleased with my eyebrow shape and tint. Lauren asked me beforehand what colour tint I would like. I wasn't sure what colour I wanted, other than not wanting it to be too dark. Lauren suggested the colour she thought would suit my colouring which seemed like a good suggestion, which it was and like I say I am really pleased with the eyebrow shape and tint.
