I have seen that people who book with them directly have to pay a much lower price than people who book through Treatwell. Probably Treatwell should think of charging less commission. Also the hair wash chair and basin are always very unclean and the chair is rigged at so many places. They need to get new hair washing basin and chair. This time my hair wasn't washed very well so there is lot of residue left and it was very itchy so had to wash hair at night.
