Not a good experience at all. Staff were quite abrupt, impossibly to relax when pounding music from radio in the other room. The room was freezing cold for my facial and my skin broke out in rashes afterwards even though I mentioned I suffer with eczema. Only positive was the price but reflected the standards unfortunately - bad value.
