The location inside the gym was random. But all the gym staff were really helpful. I personally didn't like that everyone was speaking Italian as it was a bit alienating. The extraction and steam was brilliant. The neck massage was good, but would have liked the movements on the face too. The massage moves on the face were done when applying moisturiser which I personally wasn't a fan of. I LOVED the fact that she tidied up my eyebrows as a little extra. Thanks
