From start to finish Lay made me feel extremely comfortable. Lay is based in a room at the back of a high st shop. It’s a nice looking room with a heated bed, where I laid to have my classic lashes, and a blanket, for extra warmth. I am extremely happy with the end result. The lashes are great, no more mascara for a while, and they make me look more “awake” apparently they last for up to 3 weeks and I will definitely be back for a refill, when necessary
