They hung up the phone on me when I called to discuss the issue I had with my lashes. I do understand lashes fall off over time but I’ve never had all of my extensions including some of my own lashes fall off completely within 2 weeks. She was saying she was unable to redo them (which I never asked for in the first place), and was also not able to issue a partial refund (which is what I asked for. The service was not worth £45. I did love my lashes but £45 is overpriced for lashes which last less than 2 weeks. Hanging up the phone whilst I was talking and getting defensive despite my attempt at amicable resolving the issue was highly unprofessional.

Really friendly staff and my eyelashes look incredible! It would be nice to have a bit of chill music or something instead of just listening to the clock ticking.
