I was overall really pleased with my visit to the beauty studio, the staff were really friendly, it was quick and professional and I would definitely go back. However, in my experience Brazilian waxes should always give customers the option to get their bum done as well, it's minimal extra wax and effort, but the area clearly isn't finished without it. On their price list it looks like the beauty studio charge extra for this which seems odd and unlike anywhere else I've ever been!
